Hartford United SC Competitive Coach Requirements
Coaches are paid predicated on the level of license earned in either the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) or National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Select coaches are required to conduct structured, progressive practices following USSF or NSCAA methodology. All coaches are strongly encouraged to attend clinics/coaching schools at least once a year at club cost; approved ahead of time. For more details on any of the above, please contact Jim Schrot (Director of Coaching) at 920-517-4411. The current Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) license requirements are as follows:

U-11, U-12, U-13, U-14 | Level E |
U-15 and Older Classic League | Level E |
U-15 and Older State League | Level D |
Above are the minimum coaching requirements listed by the WYSA. Hartford United SC wants their coaches to have a minimum of a “D”, but preferably one of the following: NSCAA National, NSCAA Advanced National, NSCAA Premier Diploma, or the USSF “C”, “B” or “A.”
